Mixing:
- Al – mimar gypsum is sprayed on water with the right ratios (Don’t add water to powder).
- Then leave for 2 minutes till it soaks completely.
- Stir the mix perfectly in all directions till reaching a homogeneous mortar , then fill the mould with the product and leave it until final setting.

Packing :-
Al – mimar gypsum is supplied in 30.3 KG Glued paper sacks constructed in two layers . The inner layer should be brown paper, the outer layer should be brown paper , Both layers 90 GSM . The paper suitable for the bag design which is specified by Marketing Department.
Company identity :-
The construction of the sacks ensures that the contents will be protected under normal conditions of transport, storage and handling . Each sack should be marked with the date of production . One ton : 33 bags
Storage Conditions:
Must be stored in a dry area away from the reach of humidity or any water source . Stored on wooden pallets and covered with impermeable cover to maintain a steady quality the longest duration possible .
Shelf life :
for 3 month, avoiding direct contact with water in proper storage conditions . Storage Validity: 3 months
Standard:
According to Egyptian Standard 188 Part 1 – 2013 . Gypsum Building Plaster (B1) with an initial setting time < 20 min .
